Tim Coyle represented Sunburst Shutters (www.sunburstshutters.com) in the leasing of 3,600 s.f. of flex space at 51 Morgan Drive. This location will serve as its Massachusetts headquarters. The Landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
