Harwich East Plaza is 97% leased to 19 tenants including the 400 East Restaurant, Harwich Liquors, Wachovia Securities, Hollywood Video and the UPS Store. The transaction was brokered by Tom Godino, President.

Tom Godino sold the former Citgo gas station and an adjacent office building for $1,475,000. The building is slated to be torn down in August of 2009 and replaced by a two story retail and medical office building of 7,800 s.f. Godino + Co. has been retained as leasing agent for the new building.
