We have leased a variety of projects including Mashpee Commons, Cronin's Landing and Southtown Plaza. Mashpee Commons is a 300,000 s.f. retail development anchored by Super Stop & Shop, Regal Cinema, The Gap and others. It is a combination of a supermarket anchored strip center, town center and life style center.
Cronin's Landing, a $60,000,000, 375,000 s.f. mixed use project with 25,500 s.f. of retail and medical offices and 281 apartments, is the centerpiece of the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Waltham, MA. Southtown Plaza, in Rochester (Henrietta) NY, is a six anchor, 500,000 s.f. power center.

We have been instrumental in negotiating numerous leases with discounters, factory outlet & off price retailers.
Small store leases have been consummated with apparel & shoe operators such as: Talbots, David's Bridal, Dress Barn, Payless Shoe, Casual Male, Avenue, Dots, Work ‘N Gear, Super Shoe and many others. We have negotiated leases with many financial institutions throughout the Northeast including Bank of America, Key Bank, TD Bank, Summit Federal Credit Union, Citizens Bank and Salem Five and many others that have subsequently merged with others such as BankBoston, U.S. Trust and Fleet Bank.
In addition, many specialty store leases have been structured through our efforts with nationally known retailers such as Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, The Gap, Crate & Barrel, Talbots, Ralph Lauren, Orvis, and many other mall, specialty and lifestyle store retailers.
Both retailers and developers benefit from the firm's long established contacts throughout the United States with retailers, shopping center developers, and brokers. Our extensive database contains over 10,000 names. An additional database of retail properties throughout the Northeast is updated regularly to provide our clients with accurate and current market data.
